BlueSkiesMonday
Bank holiday Mondays are one of Britain's best inventions! And a good insight into how cool it would be to have three-day weekends as a rule! Even though this was a four-day weekend… oh well, you get the gist!

This Easter break was fantastic and packed with smiles, experiences and… sunshine! There were a couple of firsts this weekend for me – I saw Cats, the musical and it was utterly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I also went to the Emirates to watch Arsenal – Liverpool, my debut in a Premier League match and that too was utterly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Seriously, this weekend was too much of the good stuff to be able to put it into words.

I also saw the outstanding LEGO exhibition – Art of the Brick – which is every bit as good as the reviews say. The pieces are something else and I really enjoyed reading Nathan Sawaya's thoughts on his creations and his snippets of happy life advice to the world, glorious!

Incredibly, there was also time for two lovely dinners with friends, one long lunch, a night out that started at 3pm with cider and ended with dancing (oh it's been soooo long!), a G&T in the garden and plenty of Olivia cuddles!

Time-with-Olivia

:: bright blue skies *oh the joy!*
:: warm-ish weather *spring is here and I love it!*
:: a good night's sleep! *seriously, it's the best.thing.ever!*
:: whatsapp *keeping me close to loved ones*

How was this Monday where you are? I hope as sunny and happy as mine! One more awesome note from this weekend – my good friend Elke is starting her own inspiring Mondays series over on her sweet new blog, between lavender and coquelicots; check it out, her writing is both inspiring and warm!
