back to running


Almost 5 months after my second half-marathon (on consecutive weeks), I *finally* got back to running. Last Sunday, early in the morning, out I went. It was amazing to feel the crisp morning air and take in the stillness of town. I'd forgotten how much I love it and realised how much I'd miss it!

The day after said comeback, my legs ached more than after my second half-marathon last October. I can't decide if this is a matter to laugh at or cry over… possibly both! 

My running dream plan for 2015 was to run (at least) 3 times a week and do a sub-60 min 10K. It didn't quite happen like that up until now, even after last week's run and I only got out running again… today! But hey, now's the time!

May March be the month my running gets back on track! And stays that way 🙂
